We are just getting back to normal after the Southampton Boat Show. As McMurdo Ltd are based only a short car journey away along the motorway this show has a special significance for us, and many of us here are involved with manning the stand and meeting the public.

It was great to get to speak to so many yachting enthusiasts and people involved with other water-based activities, and to discover how passionate many of you are about spending your leisure and work time on and around the water. We also met up with Ollie Rofix, one of our Safelink SOLO competition winners who was in the middle of his challenge to sail around the United Kingdom in his small 18ft boat, the Jolly Olly.
